We are unable to accept returns on coffee due to the fact that it is a perishable item. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy or have other issues with your coffee purchase, please contact us within one week of receiving your order via email at email@example.com and we will gladly assist you with your customer service issue.
If you received damaged, or otherwise defective product from our site, we sincerely apologize. It is our goal to make sure all our products arrive to you safely and in great condition. Any defective or damaged products (non-coffee) can be returned or exchanged by mailing back the defective or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for non-damaged or non-defective goods & products.
Please email your name, order number, and reason for return or refund to firstname.lastname@example.org for processing and information regarding your return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of return shipping.
